|I made homemade Iced Tea! Bought the oversized Mason Jar at the local food co-op for 3 dollars. And even am growing some Spearmint to boot. Yum, yum, yum!|
Sunday morning, The Boy and I were doing the usual cleaning after weekend antics. As I gathered up our recycling (we are DIE HARD recyclers), I started to note just how much we consumed in a single weekend. During the weekdays, I pretty much eat this on repeat: grapefruit for breakfast, rice cake w/ peanut butter for snack, veggies & hummus for lunch and tofu noodles w/ chicken & soy sauce for dinner. That's really all I consume (+ water!). But the weekends are a very different tale, as evidenced by our recycling bin overflowing with wine bottles, espresso canisters and take-out carriers. We like to enjoy ourselves from Friday night- Sunday evening and I don't plan on ever having that change.
